Our Products

DCM manufactures both Industrial & Automotive bearings.

The range of Ball and Roller bearings produced by DCM extensively covers not only the conventional designs with intermediate rings, but also innovatively created newer designs that have modified rings, incorporating the intermediate rings.

Each and every product promises longer life, appropriate grease consumption, lower maintenance levels and least possible environmental impact. Automotive bearings manufactured are Wheel hub units, cartridge bearings, clutch bearings and other customized bearings for passenger and Commercial vehicles.

Thrust Bearings are a kind of rotary bearing that enable rotation between parts, but in effect, they are engineered to support a predominantly axial load.

Thrust Bearings come in a large number of varieties:

  • Thrust Ball Bearings

Made of bearing balls placed in a ring, these bearings are utilized in low thrust applications where there prevails the little axial load.

  • Cylindrical Thrust Roller Bearings

These bearings have small cylindrical rollers that are set up flat with their axes having pointed to the axis of the bearing. These bearings offer great carrying capacity and are very cost effective, but have a tendency to wear due to a large number of differences in radial speed and friction.

  • Tapered Roller Thrust Bearings

Tapered Roller Thrust Bearings are engineered to carry axial loads with no radial load carrying capacity. They come equipped with a roller and cage assembly, shaft washer and a housing washer, and are also fully separable. Having raceways on the face of the washers, these bearings are consisted of small tapered rollers arranged in a way that their axes come together at a point on the axis of the bearing.

The Tapered Roller Thrust Bearings are available in-

  • Single direction
  • Double direction, and
  • Screw-down configurations

The design variants include:

  • Basic design
  • Sealed bearings
  • Bearings with snap ring grove

These are the type of bearings which most commonly find usages in automotive applications to support the wheels of a motor car. Used in pairs to accommodate axial thrust in either direction, these bearings can support more thrust loads than the ball bearings on account of the larger contact area.

Thrust Bearings are considered to be perfectly suitable for use in a wide range of industries. Incredible both on performance and durability, these bearings come in a comprehensive range of sizes, designs and variants. Thrust bearings find applications in the following industries:

  • Industrial fans
  • Industrial pumps
  • Metals
  • Industrial transmissions
  • Mining, mineral processing and cement
  • Truck, Trailers & Buses.
