DCM manufactures both Industrial & Automotive bearings.

The range of Ball and Roller bearings produced by DCM extensively covers not only the conventional designs with intermediate rings, but also innovatively created newer designs that have modified rings, incorporating the intermediate rings.

Each and every product promises longer life, appropriate grease consumption, lower maintenance levels and least possible environmental impact. Automotive bearings manufactured are Wheel hub units, cartridge bearings, clutch bearings and other customized bearings for passenger and Commercial vehicles.

DCM has progressively designed with the experience gained from the 1st generation. The 2nd generation unit has an outer ring with an integral flange, replacing the function of a separate hub. The flange outer ring is designed as a lightweight structural component; outer ring raceways are induction hardened for excellent bearing performance. The flange is tough, with threaded holes or studs to center and mount brake and wheel.

The dimensions of the flange are engineered to specific customer requirements. The 2nd generation hub unit is usually used with a rotating outer ring for non-driven front or rear wheels.
